The optional Placenta Tincture is a high grade super concentrate made in basically the same way as the capsules but then soaked for 6 weeks to get the proper concentration of hormones and minerals. This can then be diluted to give to baby during times of stress (teething, moves, travel, etc.) Illness (diaper rash, etc.) It can also be taken by mom when the capsules run out.
